In addition to classic direct employment, we offer graduates the chance in select positions to grow into targeted responsibilities – the Graduate Development Program. The program will get you up to speed for your position in 12 months. You will receive intensive on-the-job instruction, systematically build your own network, take on increasing responsibilities and develop comprehensive skills. The work is complemented by a customized training program that includes specialty and communication training, assignments in relevant areas and potential stays abroad.
