Infusion Technology
Infusion Technology includes the development, marketing, production and distribution of infusion devices. Fresenius is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of syringe pumps and volumetric pumps which are primarily used by hospitals. The modular IS, for instance, is a modular multi-channel infusion data management system that allows the simultaneous administration of different drugs using syringe pumps. The French company Fresenius Vial and the German company MC Medizintechnik belong to the Infusion Technology division.
