The targeted encouragement of young talent is part of the plan at Fresenius: as a trainee, you become a vital part of our succession planning. During the 18 months of the program, you’ll benefit from an all-around package that offers comprehensive modules for personnel as well as specialty development. Mentors and stays at different departments as well as – depending on the individual configuration of your program – foreign assignments, we make you fit on the job for your career while making you fit off the job for your specialty by offering targeted knowledge. Thanks to a cooperation with an international business school and a variety of internal seminars, the preparation for your specialist, management or project career track is more than just gray theory.
Your traineeship could look like this:
On-the-job stations
in various business segments (about 12 weeks each)
3 presence modules
with our business school partner: finance, strategy/general management/marketing, leadership (total of 15 training days)
Potential foreign assignments
(about 12 weeks)

finance, marketing, strategy (90 training days total, virtual) together with our business school partner
